Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 2026. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out activities prohibited when using Ava-Twin services, including the SDK, API, customizer, cloud service, and all related products. Violation may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.

1. Prohibited Use of the Service

You may not use Ava-Twin services to:

  • (a) Violate laws: engage in activities that violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights in any jurisdiction where You or Your End Users operate.
  • (b) Infringe intellectual property: upload, distribute, or use Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets of any third party.
  • (c) Harass or harm: use the Service to harass, abuse, defame, stalk, threaten, or harm individuals or groups.
  • (d) Generate unlawful imagery: create or distribute content depicting minors in sexualized contexts, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any content prohibited by law.
  • (e) Operate malware or attacks: use Ava-Twin to develop, test, host, or distribute malware, ransomware, phishing tools, denial-of-service tooling, or other malicious software.
  • (f) Abuse infrastructure: conduct port scans, penetration tests, or security probes against Ava-Twin infrastructure without prior written authorization.
  • (g) Circumvent limits: bypass rate limits, usage caps, access controls, or other technical restrictions via multiple accounts, false identifiers, or automation designed to evade enforcement.
  • (h) Scrape or extract: use bots, crawlers, or automation to extract 3D assets, piece libraries, combined GLBs, or any content beyond the rate and usage limits of Your subscription.
  • (i) Compete using our assets: use Ava-Twin 3D Content, API output, or Service as a foundation for competing avatar customization platforms, SDKs, or services.
  • (j) Misrepresent origin: claim authorship of Ava-Twin 3D Content, or use Ava-Twin content in a manner that suggests endorsement by ZedStack LLC without written permission.
  • (k) Unauthorized sharing: share API credentials publicly, commit credentials to public repositories, or transmit credentials over unsecured channels.
  • (l) Resell Service: resell, rent, or redistribute Ava-Twin API access, customizer endpoints, or subscription benefits to third parties without a signed reseller agreement.

2. Prohibited Content in End-User-Generated Experiences

If You expose Ava-Twin customization to End Users, You are responsible for moderating Your Application's content. You must not knowingly allow End Users to:

  • Create avatars depicting real, identifiable persons without consent
  • Create avatars explicitly designed to impersonate public figures for deception
  • Use avatars as part of fraud, scams, or identity theft operations

3. Fair Use and Rate Limits

Usage beyond Your subscription's specified limits (MAU, API calls, generation requests, customizer sessions) is governed by Your plan's overage policy. Deliberate engineering to exceed limits without corresponding upgrades constitutes a violation.
