Last updated: May 2026. This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Ava-Twin Software, including the Unity SDK, the Ava-Twin Cloud Service, and the bundled 3D Assets, all of which are proprietary to ZedStack LLC.
In this Agreement, “You” and “Your” refer to the individual or legal entity using the Ava-Twin Software. “ZedStack”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ZedStack LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating the Ava-Twin platform. “Your Application” means the software product you build that integrates with the Ava-Twin platform.
This section covers the Ava-Twin cloud combining pipeline, cloud API, library of 3D piece assets, combined GLB avatar files generated by the service, the customizer backend, and analytics services (collectively, the “Cloud Service and 3D Assets”). These components are the proprietary property of ZedStack LLC.
ZedStack LLC grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Cloud Service and 3D Assets solely for:
The four (4) bundled avatar GLB files shipped with the Unity SDK are proprietary 3D content owned by ZedStack LLC, made available under a royalty-free limited license for offline use within Your Application.
The Ava-Twin watermark present on bundled free-tier avatars may not be removed, obscured, hidden, or otherwise circumvented on the free or Indie tiers. Removal of the watermark requires an active paid subscription at the Studio tier or higher.

Upon termination, You must cease use and distribution of 3D assets obtained via the Cloud Service, except for compiled builds of Your Application already distributed to end users — end-user installs remain licensed indefinitely.
THE CLOUD SERVICE, 3D ASSETS, AND ALL ASSOCIATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZEDSTACK LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE CLOUD SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE CLOUD SERVICE AND 3D ASSETS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEDSTACK LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE CLOUD SERVICE OR 3D ASSETS — EVEN IF ZEDSTACK LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ZEDSTACK LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE CLOUD SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO ZEDSTACK LLC IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZedStack LLC, its members, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) Your Application or its distribution to end users; (b) Your use of the Cloud Service or 3D Assets; (c) Your violation of this Agreement; or (d) Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
ZedStack LLC reserves the right to update this Agreement from time to time. Updates take effect fourteen (14) days after notice is provided via email or a notice in the Ava-Twin dashboard. Continued use of the Cloud Service or 3D Assets after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
